so cute but WAY too small

I ordered a small, I typically wear a small, and this top feels like an XS or perhaps smaller.
The arms fit but the chest is very small.
I would be interested in exchanging for a different size. Not sure if they'd be open to it because I already had another problem with my order that they didn't get right.
